Olivia was rescued from the streets by the volunteers of Aprop where she had been surviving for some time.
She arrived at the shelter terrified of all things human, but after some time, gained enough confidence to join the play of the other dogs. A move we are sure has played a great part in her slow rehabilitation.
She now tentatively approaches you with a tail wag, just to say hello and receive a gentle pat, and almost returns to her kennel without assessing every escape route if you try to follow.
When playing with the other dogs however the real Olivia is revealed, a mischievous, fun loving, tail chasing, leg biting, graceful dog that is full of delight.
A sight to certainly lift your spirits.
Olivia is about 8 years old and with a dedicated and patient owner she could finally have a life with some comfort and gain the confidence to overcome the last of her fears. A home with other dogs would be ideal.
