ABOUT
Update: Troy has benefited from the better food, attention and medical care and is in much better shape. He gets daily eyedrops and a monthly injection to help with his arthritis. He loves to relax on his daybed in the sun and to go on walks.
This poor dog is 12 years old, entered to the Albaida perrera by his owner in May 2022. His name is Troy. He has arthritis, failing eyesight, and other health problems that we need to investigate. We promised him to do all we can to make his life as comfortable as we can, away from the damp and dismal conditions of the perrera. Whatever he needs we will provide for him. We are making an area especially for him so he does not need to be closed in a kennel, so he can mooch about, sniff the grass and feel the sun.
We are looking for an indefinite foster for Troy, which means we will pay for all his future medical costs.
